"Refund took way too long"
I did get my refund in the end, but why did it take so many calls?? It felt like something that should’ve been handled much faster, honestly

"Decent deals, but watch the shipping"
The prices on the items were good, which was nice. By the time shipping got added, though, it didn’t feel like quite as much of a bargain.

"Tracking never updated!!!"
I have no idea where my order is!!! The tracking hasn’t updated at all, so I’m just sitting here guessing if it shipped, got stuck, or totally disappeared!!!
"I ended up ordering the wrong size..."
I ended up ordering the wrong size and was a little worried it’d be a hassle, but the exchange was actually really smooth. The return label was easy to use, and my new item showed up quicker than I expected. There wasn’t a bunch of back and forth either, which I really appreciated.
"Shipping was quicker than I expected"
I ordered a couple things from Montgomery Ward and figured the shipping would take a while, but actually it showed up in about 4 days. Everything was packed fine and nothing was damaged. The tracking was decent too, although I was going to say it was slow at first, but really, I just wish the first update had come a little sooner. Overall, good experience

"I ordered from wards.com for the first time..."
I ordered from wards.com for the first time, and the billing left a bad impression right away. The total on my bill didn’t match what I thought I was paying, and I ended up having to call in to ask about extra charges. They did fix it eventually, but it was frustrating and took way more time than it should have.

"Box came banged up"
When it arrived, the first thing I noticed was how smashed the box looked. I didn’t pay much attention to anything else at first because the packaging was crushed badly.

"Lots of useful stuff to choose from"
I shop on wards.com mostly because they have a good mix of things. I’ve found everything from home basics to clothes and gift ideas, which makes it useful when I don’t want to check a bunch of different sites. Some sections could be a little easier to browse, but I usually end up finding what I need. Overall, it’s a handy site with a nice variety.
"Good order, but the damaged item was frustrating"
Most of my order was fine, but the lamp showed up with a cracked shade, which was disappointing. Customer service did get a replacement sent out quickly, so I appreciate that. Still, if this happens again, I’d probably think twice about ordering from wards in the future.

"Payment went through, just took a little while to show"
I ordered a few things from Wards and the payment did go through, but the process felt a little unclear to me. My card showed the charge as pending pretty much right away, while the website still looked like it was waiting for payment, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on.
I did reach out to customer service and they explained it, and from what I could tell it sorted itself out within a couple days. I don’t have all the details on why it lagged like that, but it wasn’t a huge disaster. I’d probably use them again, I’d just keep an eye on my bank account until everything fully posts.

"Had a gut feeling delivery would be a mixed bag"
I’ve ordered from wards.com twice now, and my experience was kind of up and down. The first order showed up right on schedule, so I felt good about it. But the second one just felt off from the start — it took longer than the estimate, and the tracking barely updated, which made me wonder what was going on. Customer service did get back to me, though not as quickly as I hoped. Everything arrived fine in the end, so no major issue there. I just wish the delivery side felt a little more dependable.
"Scam"
I had ordered two tablets from the Montgomery Wards buy now and pay later scam they sent me an email saying that I just needed to make a down payment when I gave them my card number they took it all off I'm on disability and have bills can't afford it all at once let I called customer service and they said it would be a 50 ppercent chance I got my money and I emailed them 5 times now thanks to Montgomery wards I'm going to be sitting i. TThe dark that should be illegal they don't even deserve a star

"Fast response and an easy fix"
I had a little issue with my order, so I reached out to customer service without really expecting much. To my surprise, they replied quickly and didn’t turn it into some drawn-out thing
The person helping me was friendly and actually seemed to pay attention to what I said, which I really appreciated. They got everything fixed the same day, so I’m happy with how it all went

"Got the wrong item"
I ordered one thing, but something completely different showed up. The weird part is the packing slip had the right item listed, so I’m assuming it got mixed up somewhere during packing. Seems like one of those warehouse errors that probably happens when stuff looks similar or gets pulled too fast. Either way, now I have to go through the return process, which is frustrating and more hassle than it’s worth.

The site was easy enough to use, and I did find what I needed quickly. That said, I felt a little misled by the way some of the information was presented, so the overall experience wasn’t as straightforward as I expected.

"Super Easy to Keep Up With My Credit Account"
Keeping track of my Montgomery Ward credit account has been really simple so far. I can check my balance and payments without any hassle, and I haven’t run into any issues at all. it’s a relief having something that just works and doesn’t add extra stress to my day.

"The items looked good and I was..."
The items looked good and I was pretty much ready to order, but then I saw the shipping cost and just stopped. I don’t know, maybe I’m too used to cheaper delivery now, but it felt like way too much for what I was buying. Ended up cancelling before checkout.

"Better Than Expected"
I was impressed with my order from Montgomery Ward. The quality felt better than I expected, and everything seems well made overall. One item did have a small scratch, but it still works perfectly and wasn’t a big deal for me. Based on this experience, I’d feel confident ordering from them again
